Author Guidelines

1. Introduction

JAIGPP is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal publishing high-quality research in Artificial Intelligence, Governance, Public Administration, Public Policy, Digital Government, Data Analytics, and related interdisciplinary fields.

The journal accepts only original manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration by another journal or conference.

3. Manuscript Preparation

Mandatory Format: All manuscripts must be prepared using the IEEE Conference Paper Template.

5. Peer Review Process

Every manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

6. Publication Ethics

  • Original work only.
  • No plagiarism.
  • No duplicate submission.
  • No fabricated or manipulated data.
  • Proper citation of all sources.
  • Disclosure of funding.
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest.
  • Ethical approval where applicable.

7. Open Access Policy

JAIGPP is a fully Open Access journal. All published articles are freely available immediately after publication without subscription charges.

Authors retain copyright of their published work, and articles are distributed under the journal's Creative Commons licence.

8. Article Processing Charge (APC)

Important: APC is payable only after acceptance. There is no submission fee, and rejected manuscripts are not charged.

9. APC Waiver Policy

JAIGPP supports equitable access to scholarly publishing. Full or partial APC waivers may be granted to eligible authors based on financial need or exceptional circumstances.

  • Researchers from low-income countries.
  • Students and early-career researchers.
  • Invited papers.
  • Special Issue contributions.
  • Cases approved by the Editorial Board.
APC waiver requests are evaluated independently and do not influence editorial or peer review decisions.

  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
